Over the past decade, the Downtown Action Team (DAT) has led the effort to revitalize Downtown Albuquerque to become the best mid-sized Downtown in the USA. Today there is over 400 million dollars in investment since 2000 in Downtown.
Please join us and be a part of Downtown Albuquerque’s revitalization by becoming a member of DAT. DAT is a private, non-profit membership organization. As a member, you will belong to an organization that brings together Downtown property owners, merchants, business and organizations – as well as resources from throughout the city, state, country, and around the globe.
You will gain access to the many businesses, offices, employees and residents in the Downtown area. DAT is a member of the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, the Hispano Chamber of Commerce, the National MainStreet Program and the International Downtown Association. In addition, we partner with Albuquerque Economic Development, the City of Albuquerque Office of Economic Development, the State of NM Department of Economic Development, the State of NM Department of Tourism and many other organizations and agencies to promote the economic growth and development of Downtown Albuquerque.
